The Groovy 40

Note:  The Groovy 40 has been  re-organized  since  August  30th.
We skipped one week, so you can't find  the chart of August 23th.
I did this because of update problems. From now on  the new chart
will  always be on time  on the net, sometimes  even days before.
The new charts will be dated  for Saturdays, not  Sundays  to fit
Scout's Top 40 dates. The rankings won't change.

The chart rules are the following:
Songs will be ranked based on three criteria: chartrun on Scout's
Top 40 (40%), personal preference (35%) and radio airplay in  my
area (25%).  Songs are removed from the chart after 20 weeks. 
Don't be surprised to see a lot more songs hitting the top 40 and
much quicker movements than you could see on Scout's Top 40. This
will be due  to the fact  that this chart also  uses airplay data
plus includes my personal opinion.
